- This is a permanent part-time position with ongoing four- to five-day rosters available.
- Availability for morning, evening, and late-night shifts across a broad operating period is required.
- Weekday availability, including Mondays and Tuesdays, is preferred.
- Own transport and flexibility for flight schedule changes and disruptions are required.
- Applicants must undergo a Federal Police Check and the Aviation Security Identification Card application process on commencement.
- A proven barista, bar, and fine-dining experience would be highly advantageous.
- Provide professional and friendly service to all guests during each interaction.
- Clear tables and keep service trolleys stocked with clean plates, cutlery, glassware, and other service items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and farewelling guests.
- Perform food and beverage tray rounds and individual table service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet service by restocking items and polishing cutlery.
- A proven barista, bar, and fine-dining experience.
