Pallet (Trypallet.com) provides a Transportation Management System (TMS) that automates and streamlines transportation and warehousing operations. It reduces manual data entry, optimizes routes, and automates billing. The platform integrates with customers' systems via API, EDI, or automatic PDF reading to ensure accurate billing and charge capture. It offers real-time driver location visibility through ELD integration and a mobile app that lets workers digitize tasks. The business runs on a subscription model with optional premium features and service charges. Compared with competitors, Pallet combines end-to-end TMS for transportation and warehousing with flexible integrations, automated billing, real-time visibility, and field-accessible mobile tooling in one platform. Its goal is to help logistics companies, warehouses, and other businesses with significant transportation needs improve operational efficiency, reduce labor costs, and scale logistics management as demand grows.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • May 2025 Series B from General Catalyst brought Pallet total funding to $50 million.
  • Pallet claims Lineage automated 2 million tasks at over 99% accuracy.
  • Pallet's 2026 platform launch targets exception-heavy freight work with immediate ROI.

What critics are saying

  • HappyRobot and Vooma are better-funded direct rivals stealing broker and 3PL deals.
  • Legacy TMS vendors like McLeod, Trimble, and project44 control sticky enterprise workflows.
  • If pilots stall after 2026, Pallet's AI workforce story collapses into generic automation.

What makes Pallet unique

  • Pallet's 2026 Forge compresses logistics agent deployment from six months to six weeks.
  • CoPallet runs inside TMS, WMS, ERP, email, and legacy AS400 systems.
  • Named customers like Lineage, STG Logistics, and Mallory Alexander validate enterprise adoption.

Pallet claims to cut F&B operational costs by 20% with unified retail management platform

Pallet, an AI-powered unified retail management platform, is helping India's food and beverage sector tackle rising operational costs and margin pressure. The company claims its integrated system can reduce operational expenditure by up to 20% by eliminating inefficiencies from fragmented technology stacks. Founded by Santosh Bojarajan, Pallet consolidates front-end logistics with back-end compliance and inventory management into a single platform. The system addresses what Bojarajan identifies as a 15-20% margin loss caused by operational friction in traditional restaurant technology setups. The platform supports hybrid logistics models, enabling brands to manage third-party aggregators, hyperlocal delivery partners and proprietary fleets simultaneously. Clients include Dum Durusst and Bombay Kulfi Ice Creams, with the platform offering real-time profitability tracking down to square-foot level analysis.
