Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR or other outbound sales role
  • A track record of driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
  • Superior verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to create highly customized outbound messaging clearly communicating Modern Treasury's platform to both Technical audience and Finance teams
  • BA or BS required
Responsibilities
  • Onboard with our team
  • Develop an understanding of our customers and the problems we solve
  • Review supporting collateral for use in our sales cycle
  • Develop an understanding of our brand positioning, sales process and customer engagement
  • Familiarize yourself with our infrastructure and tooling
  • Join prospect and customer conversations to better understand our value proposition, buyer personas and product-market fit
  • Begin to take ownership of the growth of a specific territory while working closely with an Account Executive
  • Create strategies to feed sales qualified leads to your team
  • Independently prioritize, manage and develop your outbound opportunity pipeline
  • Achieve or exceed your monthly outbound sales qualified lead quota
  • Communicate customer needs and requirements to our Product, Growth and Sales teams to inform our product roadmap and competitive positioning
