- B.S Degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in systems and software development with proficiency in: C++, Python, AFSIM, databases, and web application development.
- Cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong expertise in DevSecOps tools (GitLab, SonarQube, Fortify, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform engineering.
- Proven success designing, maintaining, and securing enterprise-scale DevSecOps platforms.
- Provide technical leadership for transition engineering and modernization of legacy pipelines
- Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of secure, agile, and efficient software delivery
- Architect, implement, and configure the M&S DevSecOps platform to support cloud and on-premises environments.
- Develop and sustain platform services leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for high-reliability, scalable deployments.
- Ensure platform interoperability with Kessel Run All Domain Common Platform (ADCP), Platform One, and Joint/Coalition M&S systems.
- Lead development and integration of DevSecOps tools, pipelines, and processes, including GitLab, SonarQube, Fortify, and containerized/Kubernetes environments.
- Implement automated security scanning, code quality assurance, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards (RMF, NIST, CMMC).
- Oversee the full software lifecycle from development through testing, deployment, and sustainment.
- Design and maintain systems to achieve high availability and fault tolerance.
- Support continuous monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of the M&S platform.
- Drive platform enhancements to reduce latency, improve resilience, and increase automation.
- Collaborate with Government PMs, simulation engineers, and development teams to integrate M&S applications into the platform.
- Familiarity with Air Force and DoD DevSecOps frameworks, including Platform One Big Bang and Iron Bank.
- Experience integrating mission-critical software into classified networks (SIPR, JWICS).
- Knowledge of Joint and Coalition M&S integration requirements.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

The Arlington, Virginia, company said in a LinkedIn post Wednesday that Vineyard will lead efforts to drive enterprise business development and execute its capture and growth strategy. He also held the role of vice president of business development for military and veteran health. The executive also previously led as vice president at Federal Advisory Partners, which acquired Favor TechConsulting and Universal Consulting Services in 2022 and transformed into Tria Federal in March 2023.
