Requirements
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Ability to work first-shift hours.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Norman, United States.
  • Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required; future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check is required before the start date.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble units and components according to detailed specifications and instructions.
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure assembled units meet required standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Report issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing.
