Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of the subject matter and professional field being taught.
  • At least three years of professional or teaching experience in the relevant subject.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or qualification at a level appropriate to the subject taught, and/or professional experience in the specialty.
  • Ability to independently use computers and office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and internet services.
  • Ability to identify learners’ educational needs and adapt instruction to their level and specialty.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with learners and colleagues, including active listening.
Responsibilities
  • Organize and deliver assigned lessons effectively in accordance with the organization’s educational standards.
  • Set and meet educational objectives for each unit based on the semester syllabus, using standard instructional materials such as presentations and notes.
  • Adapt lessons to learners’ needs, levels, and the specialty being taught.
  • Create interactive and engaging learning experiences using contemporary tools, technology applications such as multimedia files, YouTube, and 3D visualizations, and experiential methods such as role-play, simulations, and case studies.
  • Use the school’s digital learning systems.
  • Participate in the school’s educational and/or development activities.
  • Support and effectively manage learners while respecting their youth and diversity.
  • Inspire and motivate learners and serve as a role model.
Desired Qualifications
  • A postgraduate degree, depending on the specialty.
  • Knowledge and professional use of English.
  • Additional professional certifications or licenses related to the specialty.
