  • Interpret quality requirements in contracts, drawings, specifications, approved submittals, codes, standards, and client procedures and translate them into field controls and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and manage definable-feature controls, preparatory meetings, inspections, tests, checklists, hold points, mockups, samples, and final acceptance records.

  • Manage quality observations, deficiencies, nonconformances, dispositions, root-cause reviews, corrective actions, verification, and closure in Procore or the approved project system.
  • Stop, restrict, or prevent work and material use when continuing could adversely affect quality or conceal a defect, and communicate the condition through the documented escalation and approval path.
  • Participate in quality-impact reviews for proposed changes and confirm that required design, owner, authority, inspection, test, and record-document approvals are obtained before affected work proceeds or is concealed.
  • Confirm that trade partners and suppliers understand project quality requirements and that required qualifications, certifications, submittals, material records, storage controls, and nonconforming-material controls are implemented.
  • Maintain complete, current, and traceable quality records, including plans, meeting records, inspection and test documentation, observations, nonconformances, corrective actions, material certifications, photographs, metrics, and closeout files.
