About the job
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital retail.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or similar marketplace platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including catalog management, promotions, fulfillment coordination, and seller performance metrics.
- Experience managing sales performance reports and using data to drive operational improvements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, inventory coordination, promotions, and store health.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Optimize product pages, content strategy, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage TikTok Shop backend operations, ensuring accuracy of product information, inventory availability, and store compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, customer service, fulfillment, and merchandising teams.
- Support livestream commerce initiatives, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators including gross merchandise value, conversion rate, traffic, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Experience working with creators, agencies, livestream teams, or affiliate programs.
