Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) following internal guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor campaigns daily to ensure budgets, performance metrics, and conversions align with objectives.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain campaign health and efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization, including ad creative, bidding strategies, and pacing adjustments.
  • Test new strategies, beta features, and platform tools to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Deliver performance recommendations and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders through email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.
  • Provide updates on campaign performance, highlight growth opportunities, and address operational challenges.
  • Develop and document best practices to enhance team efficiency and campaign quality.
  • Share insights and innovations that add value to overall campaign management practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies current and effective.
