  • International Compensation Experience
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Dynamic Sheets)
  • Ability to both think and work strategically but also hands-on in day-to-day administration
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities
  • Complete and submit compensation surveys; analyze results to assess Attentive’s market position.
  • Conduct annual band refreshes, evaluating changes needed based on market trends, survey data, and internal structures.
  • Advise People Business Partners, Recruiting, FP&A, and business leaders on compensation and equity benchmarks for current and prospective employees.
  • Provide first-line guidance on job architecture topics including leveling, classification, and equity frameworks.
  • Maintain global job codes, levels, and salary/equity bands; ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness.
  • Partner with the Director of Compensation and Benefits to assess and enhance compensation philosophy, programs, and tools.
  • Lead annual and mid-year salary review processes, including tool preparation, salary budget planning, guideline creation, and post-cycle reporting.
  • Support the creation of the equity grant budget and scenario modeling for compensation strategy proposals.
  • Prepare compensation-related materials for quarterly reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Build and maintain Compensation Committee decks related to executive compensation, equity usage, and benchmarking.
  • Manage compensation vendor relationships, oversee contract timelines, and evaluate tool effectiveness ahead of renewals.
