About the job
- A Master's degree in Human Resources.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in demanding employee-relations contexts.
- Ability to support organizational transformation and adapt to change.

- Monitor collective measures.
- Interact with Marketing, Quality, Engineering, and other functions to apply defined human resources policies.
- Implement cross-functional human resources projects adapted to the specific needs of impacted teams and structures.
- Ensure the legal compliance of human resources processes during reorganizations.
