About the Company

Edgewood Properties

Real estate development and property management

Edgewood Properties focuses on real estate development and property management with headquarters in New Jersey and activities nationwide. The company develops, leases, and manages residential, commercial, retail, and office properties. Its products are built and kept through a hands-on, ownership-led approach: the principals fund projects with own cash and equity, keeping debt to a minimum and remaining closely involved to ensure quality and service. This independence enables quick decision-making and a consistent standard across projects. Edgewood differentiates itself through its family-owned, conservative philosophy, self-funding model, and ability to act quickly compared with publicly financed competitors. The goal is to fund its own projects, deliver outstanding quality, design, and customer service, and grow its footprint across the country while outperforming public real estate peers.
