- At least 7 years of experience building and scaling mission-critical software, including architecting products and systems from the ground up.

- Design and operate systems for document processing, chat, and analytics, including Temporal workflow orchestration, streaming pipelines, vector search, and large language model inference paths.
- Build features and services meeting SOC 2 requirements, including multi-tenant isolation, least-privilege access, audit logging, and encrypted data flows across storage, databases, and artificial intelligence providers.
- Establish and uphold standards for code quality, testing, deployment pipelines, observability, and incident response.
- Partner with product, design, and enterprise customers to translate requirements into solutions that ship quickly and support real-world usage.
- Mentor engineers to foster reliable, maintainable, high-velocity development.
