  • Minimum two years of experience in industry analysis/research, marketing, public relations or other corporate communications functions
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in communications, business or a related field

Responsibilities
  • Support analyst relations plans that align to Vonage’s corporate strategies
  • Help facilitate data collection and collation to respond to analyst report RFIs
  • Collect and summarize input from analysts, outcomes of meetings, etc to turn into recommendations for the business and action plans for the analyst relations program
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to respond to inquiries, schedule interactions/briefings and inquiry, execute AR plans, and report on progress and achievements
  • Help plan analyst engagements, across all interaction types: briefings, advisory days, inquiries, etc.
  • Provide analyst relations support for industry events, including project management and coordination of on-site interactions
  • Track and manage licenses and pre-purchased services across multiple vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships regarding subscriptions.
  • Develop relationships and processes with finance, HR, operations, procurement, legal and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements
  • Automate tasks with technology where possible and document Vonage Analyst Relations policies and standards, e.g. standard operating procedures
  • Update and maintain research library, organizing for future and ongoing use.
  • Create an internal repository of analyst ranking reports by business areas.
  • Assist in compiling e-blasts and e-newsletters.
