Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or advanced advertising operations within programmatic advertising.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic supply chain, including bid mechanics, deal structures such as PMP, PG, and preferred deals, header bidding, and SSP-DSP integration patterns.
  • Direct experience with major DSPs such as Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, Viant, and Basis, or equivalent, from a technical integration or partner perspective.
  • Hands-on proficiency with ad-serving platforms such as Triton, GAM, and FreeWheel, or equivalent, including deal setup, inventory packaging, and log-level troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of audience data architecture, including identity graphs, data onboarding, clean rooms, and audience-segment flows through the programmatic pipeline.
  • Experience with measurement and attribution methodologies, including pixel-based measurement, exposure files, foot traffic, and brand lift, plus experience with at least one vendor in the space.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional projects without direct authority.
  • Ability to present to agency leadership and debug a bid stream with an engineer.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical presales engagements with agency holding companies and mid-market agencies, translating AudioGraph capabilities into solutions aligned with buying workflows, planning tools, and key performance indicators.
  • Build reusable pitch assets, including technical one-pagers, demo environments, objection-handling frameworks, and return-on-investment calculators, to enable sellers to advance deals without waiting for solutions-engineering availability.
  • Own a standardized deal-configuration process covering audience strategy, market selection, measurement approach, and pricing structure, reducing time to proposal.
  • Participate directly in high-value pitch meetings and requests for proposal, owning the technical narrative that differentiates AudioGraph from competing audio solutions.
  • Train and enable the seller base through recurring technical workshops, deal clinics, and one-to-one coaching on positioning AudioGraph capabilities.
  • Design and own the end-to-end client lifecycle playbook.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between sales, advertising operations, and client services at every stage transition.
  • Architect campaign configurations for complex deals, including audience layering, frequency management, creative specifications, and cross-platform measurement design.
  • Inform the product roadmap by synthesizing field-level technical feedback into prioritized requirements.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and beta testing for new capabilities.
