Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles in biopharma companies
  • Direct experience in clinical research
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical and biotech companies and Clinical research Organizations
  • Track record of success in developing long term business relationships with biopharma companies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple client interactions
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Experience owning client relationships
  • Experience leading and/or coaching teams
  • Experience working for a technology company
Responsibilities
  • Work with Sponsor and CRO customers to plan, execute, and oversee complex Clinical Technology projects
  • Oversee multiple clinical research technology projects with a focus on customer enablement and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal functional groups to enhance existing products and identify new potential offerings
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, managing changes to project scope, timeline, and costs
  • Mentor and manage Professional Services staff
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution
  • Assist in the maintenance and updates to Professional Services SOPs and Work Instructions
  • Develop playbooks for onboarding, project management, and scaling customers
