GE HealthCare launches Allia Celeo, an AI-powered ceiling-mounted interventional imaging system

GE HealthCare has launched Allia Celeo, a ceiling-mounted image guiding system for interventional suites, at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) 2026 conference in San Diego. The system pairs an extra-wide-bore C-arm with an AI-powered image chain and an on-screen digital twin that helps with positioning. The image chain adjusts acquisition parameters automatically to deliver consistent image quality at the lowest dose. It is also compatible with OnWatch Predict, which monitors remotely to anticipate downtime. Allia Celeo is the second new Allia system in under a year, after the floor-mounted Allia Moveo. It is CE marked, but its US Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance is pending, so it is not yet for sale in the US.

GE HealthCare raises 2026 guidance after Q3 revenue climbs 6.2% to $5.5B

Cash-rich stocks: Clean Harbors worth watching, UPS and GE HealthCare best avoided

StockStory has named one cash-generating stock worth a closer look and two it would avoid, arguing that strong cash flow does not always mean strong returns. Clean Harbors (NYSE:CLH) is the pick. Its revenue grew 13.5% a year over five years, and earnings per share rose 21.6% a year, helped by share buybacks. Its free cash flow margin is 8.8%, up 5.9 percentage points over five years. The shares trade at $320.91, or 30.7x forward earnings. StockStory would steer clear of United Parcel Service (NYSE:UPS) and GE HealthCare (NASDAQ:GEHC). UPS sales were flat over five years while earnings per share fell 8.4% a year. GE HealthCare faces projected sales growth of 4.4% and a 1.7-point drop in adjusted operating margin.

GE HealthCare launches five-institution global trial of StarGuide GX theranostics SPECT/CT system

GE HealthCare has launched a clinical evaluation program for StarGuide GX, its next-generation digital 4D SPECT/CT system. Five institutions across three continents will take part. They are Hadassah Medical Center and Rambam Health Care Campus in Israel, Mayo Clinic in the US, Oncopole Claudius Regaud in France, and Peking University First Hospital in China. Each will assess image quality, quantitative performance, dynamic imaging, and workflow, and give feedback to guide the system's development. StarGuide GX uses dual-sided cadmium zinc telluride detectors and a dual-collimator design meant to remove manual collimator changes. It also uses NVIDIA RTX accelerated computing for image reconstruction. The system received CE Mark in November 2025 and is on sale in select EU states. Its US Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance is pending.
