  • Minimum 10 years of experience working within an HR team
  • Proven experience with a broad set of HR processes

  • Confident using the Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Accurately manage a budget for key responsibility areas
  • Lead a small global team to provide outstanding HR customer service to Wisk employees from onboarding through departure
  • Oversee and ensure the efficiency of total rewards programs for the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and Canada
  • Design and deliver compensation and benefits programs
  • Manage critical initiatives such as the annual compensation cycle
  • Lead strategy, process improvement, and implementation for Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Continue building out the Internship Program
  • Administer Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation
  • Implement Wellbeing and recognition programs
  • Handle Compliance-related activities
  • Partner with Legal on the Immigration program
  • Support DE&I efforts and Employee Resource Groups
