Why we need you
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Total Rewards and HR Operations to join our team. The goal of the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards and HR Operations at Wisk is to lead a small but mighty team to provide outstanding HR customer service to Wisk employees from onboarding through departure. You will be part of the People Operations team that drives all people programs and processes.
This role is based at our Mountain View, CA headquarters.
What you will do:
- Lead a small global team to provide outstanding HR customer service to Wisk employees from onboarding through departure.
Oversee and ensure the efficiency of the following, including but not limited to:
- Direct the total rewards programs for the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and CanadaTotal Rewards.
- Design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that are well understood and valued by people managers and employees.
- Manage critical initiatives such as the annual compensation cycle including short term and long term incentive plans. These initiatives will help ensure consistency and equity in compensation and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Lead strategy, process improvement and and implementation for Onboarding & Offboarding
- In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, continue building out the Internship Program
- Leave of Absence administration and Workers Compensation
- Wellbeing and recognition programs
- Compliance-related activities (EEO-1, VETS-100, pay data reporting, 5500, data integrity audits, etc.)
- Partner with Legal on the Immigration program.
- Continuously update and evolve the processes and policies for the above to match the stage and needs of a growing company
- Work with the People Operations team to support our DE&I efforts and our Employee Resource Groups
What you have done:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience working within an HR team
- Proven experience with a broad set of HR processes, from establishing them, to implementation, and refinement
- Experience in a leadership/manager role
- Ability to work with uncertainty
- High level of discretion and ability to work with confidential information
- You are confident using the Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Accurately manage a budget for key responsibility areas
