Falconi US consultants will work alongside Celonis teams on customer engagements in demand planning, inventory management and supply chain execution. CHICAGO, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ - Management consultancy brings plant-floor operations and supply chain expertise to Celonis customers Falconi US, a Chicago-based management consulting firm focused on manufacturing, today announced a partnership with Celonis, an Enterprise AI company specializing in reinventing business operations. Falconi US consultants will work alongside Celonis teams at manufacturing and energy companies in the United States, helping customers to turn process data into business results in areas such as demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain execution. "Celonis shows manufacturers exactly where value is trapped in their processes," said Bernardo Miranda, Senior Partner and US Managing Director of Falconi US. "Our consultants have spent their careers optimizing those processes, so they can tell a customer which opportunities matter most and how to capture them. Together, we help customers turn insight into measurable results faster, on the plant floor and across the supply chain." "Manufacturers are investing heavily in AI, and the return depends on how well that AI understands the way their plants and supply chains actually run," said Andrew Lieberman, Director of Partner Sales & Solution Engineering at Celonis. "Falconi US brings hands-on manufacturing experience to every engagement. Combined with the operational context the Celonis Platform provides, that experience helps our customers find where value is trapped in their operations and capture it faster." Falconi US is partnering with Celonis to help its clients turn insights into operational improvements. Its consultants have spent their careers inside manufacturing operations, from production planning to inventory to procurement. Working with Celonis on customer engagements, its consultants will prioritize the opportunities the platform surfaces, design the operational changes needed to capture them, and support teams through implementation. Manufacturers have more operational data than ever, but turning it into value remains hard. The Celonis Platform is the trusted platform to transform and continuously improve operations for the age of AI by bringing together process data, business knowledge, and intelligence from all systems, applications, and devices to create a dynamic, real-time digital twin of operations. It combines hindsight, insight, and foresight to give people and AI agents the operational clarity to reason correctly, decide sensibly, and act reliably. Then, the Platform provides powerful capabilities to analyze, design and operate AI-driven processes. These capabilities are built to support the full enterprise AI lifecycle, enabling effective integration of AI into operations. It shows exactly where value is trapped in a company's processes. Capturing that value takes people who know how those processes run day-to-day and which improvements will pay off. Falconi US and Celonis are working with customers now.
