Requirements
- An experienced videographer/editor with a showreel demonstrating creativity across social, promotional, and short-form formats.
- Strong skills in shooting, including camera, lighting, and sound, and in post-production using tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to adapt video style and format for different platforms, including vertical video and short-form content.
- Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to keep viewers engaged in short formats.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with social, public relations, artists, and campaign teams.
- Access to professional cameras and equipment, either through personally owned gear or other means.
Responsibilities
- Develop video content strategies and shoot plans for social media, YouTube, behind-the-scenes content, teasers, promotional spots, lyric visuals, and related assets.
- Plan, film, and edit video assets, including short-form content, interviews, performance footage, and campaign trailers.
- Work with clients and artists to capture content on location, in studios, and in live settings.
- Create multiple versions and edits, including vertical, square, short-form, teaser, and cutdown versions.
- Collaborate with the social media team to integrate video content into overall campaigns.
- Monitor visual trends such as motion graphics, transitions, and TikTok- and Reels-style editing.
- Manage the video archive, asset library, and version control.
- Propose creative video concepts, storyboards, and video-driven marketing ideas.
