  • Six or more years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack delivery.
  • Experience with React, Next.js or Vite, HTML5/CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or an equivalent component library.
  • Strong experience with Python using FastAPI, Flask, or Django and/or Node.js with Express, including API design and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience integrating agentic artificial intelligence frameworks such as CrewAI into production applications, including tool or function calling and multi-step orchestration.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation patterns, including embeddings, vector search, and context construction for large-language-model features.
  • Experience integrating multiple proprietary and open-source large language model providers and selecting the appropriate model for a feature.
  • Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure integration and compute services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure AI Foundry, or equivalent AWS/GCP automation and serverless stacks.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and at least one of MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
  • Experience shipping production APIs with authentication, role-based access control, and multi-tenant design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fifteen years of full-time education.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications with React or Next.js front ends and Python or Node.js back ends that expose agentic AI and large-language-model features to end users.
  • Integrate agentic AI orchestration for automated validation, evaluation, and workflow-automation use cases.
  • Build and consume retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including embedding generation, vector search, and context construction, to ground large-language-model features in enterprise data.
  • Design and ship RESTful and microservice APIs with authentication, role-based access control, and API-gateway patterns for multi-tenant enterprise products.
  • Implement queue-based asynchronous processing for high-concurrency workloads.
  • Integrate real-time voice and avatar capabilities into interactive application experiences.
  • Own data-layer design across relational and NoSQL stores, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Deploy and operate containerized applications on cloud infrastructure.
  • Apply enterprise security practices, including encryption, secrets management, single sign-on, and audit logging.
  • Build internal automation tooling to remove manual effort.
  • Use AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate delivery.
  • Contribute reusable intellectual property and technical innovation from product work.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with graph databases such as Neo4j or knowledge-graph-backed application patterns.
  • Production deployment experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP, spanning AI/ML services, managed databases, and serverless compute.
  • Continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or an equivalent.
  • Real-time conversational voice or avatar integration experience.
  • Exposure to sensitive-data handling, including personally identifiable information or protected health information detection and compliance-driven workflows.
  • Experience with no-code or low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio.
  • User interface and user experience familiarity, including Figma.
  • MCA or M.Tech degree.

Accenture shares down 27%, but 11.5% yield available through put options at 35% discount

Accenture trades 37% below its 52-week high after falling 27% over the past year. In fiscal Q3 2026, new bookings declined and some managed services deals slipped into fiscal 2027. The company generated $73.1 billion in revenue over the past twelve months, with operating margins widening to 17% in Q3. Managed services revenue grew 5% in local currency. In the first nine months of fiscal 2026, clients made 104 quarterly bookings exceeding $100 million, up 13% year-on-year. Consulting revenue grew just 1% in local currency in Q3. Management attributes the slowdown to the Middle East conflict affecting regional and discretionary spending. The CEO acknowledged that client budgets have not been growing, with spending simply being redirected rather than increased.

Accenture appoints Emma Chalwin as chief marketing officer

Accenture has appointed Emma Chalwin as Chief Marketing Officer, effective 1 October 2026. She will oversee global marketing and communications, reporting to Chair and CEO Julie Sweet. Chalwin joins from Workday, where she served as CMO.
