Requirements
  • Candidates must be undergraduate students in the graduating classes of 2027 or 2028 at universities in Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill.
  • Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical or business field.
  • Candidates must have a GPA of 3.7 or above.
  • Candidates must demonstrate business and technical acumen sufficient to contribute to discussions involving technology and business strategy.
  • Candidates must be interested in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and real-time data.
  • Candidates must be able to respond proactively to changing business needs in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate and build relationships across teams and with customers.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Management Team on key initiatives and projects, contributing to product strategy and the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and research through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance product features, derive customer insights, and optimize product management workflows.
  • Participate in customer visits and calls to observe product innovation and differentiation opportunities.
  • Review analytics to identify opportunities, understand user behavior, and inform product improvements.
  • Document, analyze, and prioritize feedback from internal customer-facing teams.
  • Conduct solution discovery by trialing products and features with customers to gather insights and validate solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance to design viable and usable products and ensure timely feature delivery.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements.
  • Participate in sprint planning and stand-ups to communicate product goals to development teams.
  • Contribute to product adoption and training through release notes and coordination with Operations and Sales teams.

Relay provides a digital Push-to-Talk (PTT) communication platform for active workers in the enterprise market, replacing traditional walkie-talkies. It works over mobile and desktop devices with a voice interface, allowing users to press a button and send live voice messages while also sharing GPS location and issuing emergency alerts. Relay differentiates itself by removing range limits and security concerns of radios through a cloud-based network, unifying voice, location, and alerts across devices, and offering software integrations and ongoing feature updates via a subscription.
