Calibrate focuses on sustainable weight loss by improving metabolic health instead of traditional dieting. Their program combines habit changes with medication that targets underlying biological factors. This approach claims to achieve a 15% sustained weight loss in real-world settings. Calibrate operates on a subscription model, often supported by employers for employee wellness, but individuals can also join. They generate revenue through these subscriptions and offer a money-back guarantee, reflecting confidence in their program's effectiveness. The program utilizes GLP-1s to enhance metabolic function, reduce inflammation, and lower cardiovascular risks, making it easier for users to maintain their weight loss.
