  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • The ability to deliver value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants.
  • Expertise in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within the speaker's area of expertise.
  • The ability to engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance.
  • Availability for in-person and virtual events, with schedule flexibility and alignment with client objectives.
  • Public speaking, storytelling, audience engagement, and adaptability.
  • Emotional intelligence, strategic communication, and cultural competence.
  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver impactful, purpose-driven motivational speaker sessions that engage, inform, and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Design and deliver presentations, customize content, engage with audience question-and-answer sessions, and represent core themes aligned with motivational subject-matter topics and themes.
  • Contribute to the speaker bureau knowledge base and mentor junior speakers.
  • Collaborate with event teams to align messaging and logistics for optimal audience impact.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree, depending on the topic area.
  • Five to ten years of relevant speaking, industry, or subject experience.
