- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- At least 6 months of work experience.
- Registered as a Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey.
- Hold a New York license.
- Have diabetes management experience and experience addressing other endocrinology needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
- Manage weight, including medical management and patient education.
- Manage the use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology.
- Work as part of a team with direct supervision from endocrinologists in New Jersey.
