What You Will Do

As a Project Engineering Intern at Collins Aerospace, you will contribute to the development and sustainment of the 777X EACS program. This role provides the opportunity to work on meaningful engineering tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and sustainment efforts for the 777X EACS program.
• Preparing and executing test plans to support engineering objectives.
• Analyzing test data and documenting findings in detailed reports.
• Supporting the fabrication of test articles as needed.
• Writing and updating procedures to ensure project consistency and compliance.
• Collaborating with shop floor personnel to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in a related engineering field through coursework, projects, or internships
• Familiarity with analytical tools or lab equipment used in engineering experiments
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook)
• Experience working on cross-functional teams
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
