Production Support Engineer - Multiple Teams
About the job
- Strong experience in Control-M job scheduling and batch monitoring.
- Proficiency in Linux, including RHEL or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience in SWIFT solutions, including AMH, AMG, or SAG.
- Understanding of financial messaging systems.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for batch and financial messaging systems.
- Monitor and manage batch schedules using Control-M.
- Troubleshoot job failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support SWIFT-based payment processing and message flows.
- Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to ensure system stability.
- Handle incident management, escalation, and production release support.
- Maintain SLA compliance in a highly secure banking environment.
- Experience with JBoss application server.
- Knowledge of Apache Web Server.
- Exposure to Citrix environments.
- Experience working in highly secured environments such as banking or financial services.
- Understanding of SWIFT MT messages and ISO 20022 standards.
- Knowledge of encryption, audit, and MFA/2FA concepts.
