About the company

Galliant runs autism therapy programs for children and their families across Texas and Nebraska, using applied behavior analysis to build communication and everyday living skills. Its care combines one-to-one sessions with opportunities to learn alongside peers, while parent training lets families practice the same methods outside treatment. The business operates clinics and arranges home or school services around individual plans; families enroll after the team checks insurance coverage, and autism evaluations are available at selected sites. Progress data guides treatment changes around each child's needs and goals. Galliant is privately held and headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

  • Feedback has a set cadence: Galliant lists employee performance evaluations every six months.
  • Clinic teams share a treatment environment: Galliant links its clinic model to closer communication among care staff.

What critics are saying

  • Texas coverage has a gap: Galliant is outside local Medicaid networks, despite accepting Medicaid in Nebraska.
