- A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy.
- Current membership in good standing with the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec.
- Experience serving varied client populations, including home support, short-term care, residential and long-term care, and outpatient services.
- A valid driver's license.
- A personal vehicle.
- Adaptability and ease working within an interdisciplinary team.
- The application dossier must include an up-to-date curriculum vitae, professional license number, copies of diplomas or attestations or transcripts, a criminal-record declaration form, vaccination attestation, copies of two valid identity documents, residential address, and N-95 mask information.
- Assess users' functional abilities and identify their needs.
- Develop and follow individualized intervention plans.
- Provide interventions to diverse client populations, including home support, short-term care, residential and long-term care, and outpatient services.
- Recommend assistive devices and adapt the environment.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain records and follow up on interventions according to applicable standards.
