We are seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to manage and oversee all workplace-related activities and operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and functional work environment for our employees.   

What you’ll be doing

We seek an exceptional Workplace Lead ready to take our Boston office to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class employee experience by creating a happy and productive environment for our team. You will be critical in ensuring our workplace is safe and functional and fosters productivity and collaboration. Additionally, you can play an essential role in shaping and executing Roku’s workplace strategy, including driving excellent service delivery. • Help develop and execute Roku’s workplace strategy that aligns with Roku’s overall business objectives and supports our growing Boston office 
• Take responsibility for the Boston workplace experience, working with cross-functional project teams to own office -related projects, initiatives, and day-to-day execution 
• Help with sporadic workplace tasks relating to Roku’s Concord-based operations
• Communicate effectively with all employees and senior stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service 
• Build and support all aspects of the employee experience, including internal events and programs from the Workplace perspective, focusing on employee engagement and satisfaction 
• Ensure our office spaces are comfortable and functional, and meet the needs of our teams, including coordinating office maintenance processes and liaising with building management as necessary 
• Managing and overseeing all workplace vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure quality services (SLA’s) are provided 
• Project management, including managing office moves, relocations, program roll-outs, and other workplace-related projects 

We’re excited if you have

• A minimum of =/> 5 years of experience in a similar Workplace manager or Facilities Manager role, with a proven track record of success in managing workplace operations and facilities 
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and employee support 
• Ownership and accountability for all workplace-related activities, with a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude.
