Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of health and welfare benefits development/coordination/compliance experience, three of which must have been in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Expert level knowledge of benefits regulations and government reporting requirements.
  • Experience in vendor management and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving an decision making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of various computer software applications.
Responsibilities
  • Has the primary responsibility for directing and coordinating the various benefits programs at Northside Hospital.
