  • Technical depth across IT infrastructure, including networking, data centers, virtualization, cloud migration, unified communications, endpoints, and the Microsoft stack, sufficient to challenge an estimate and adjudicate a technical dispute.

  • Maintain the interface with the Security Operations Center so that the division owns remediation engagements through closure after detection, triage, and escalation.
  • Establish the commercial and operational structure for incident work, including retainers, response commitments, surge staffing, and after-hours mobilization, while maintaining a defensible documentary record.
  • Build and scale the assessment practice as repeatable, productized, margin-accretive offerings.
  • Standardize assessment methodology, deliverables, and findings frameworks, and develop talent capable of executive-level advisory work.
  • Position assessments as the front end of the client lifecycle, converting findings into remediation projects and recurring managed services engagements.
  • Validate that scoped work is deliverable, correctly estimated, and staffable before commitment, and own the outcome after commitment.
  • Serve as the delivery authority in pre-sales by approving estimates, assumptions, exclusions, and delivery risk, and partner with sales and account leadership on positioning and follow-on work.
  • Lead the transition of solution design, scoping, and statement-of-work authorship to the future pre-sales engineering function, including transferring estimating knowledge and defining delivery handoff criteria.
  • Select, develop, and retain the divisional team across all five markets, consolidating regional practices into a single national operating standard.
  • Build career architecture for project management, engineering, and consulting tracks, including tiering, specialization, and progression.
