  • 1+ years experience in Sales Development Management and/or 2+ years experience working in an ADR role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Passion for leading, coaching, and developing talent
  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Experience in hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
  • High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability
  • Strong knowledge of outbound technology and technique (Ex. Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc)
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of ADRs to generate qualified meetings with decision makers
  • Own and drive execution of pipeline goals
  • Develop and execute new strategies for prospecting and outbound efforts
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
  • Attract, hire, develop, and promote world-class ADR talent
