Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Part-Time and PRN - St. Marys, Ohio

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.

What You'll Do:

Deliver physical therapy treatments according to established care plans
Monitor resident progress and communicate with therapists, nursing staff, families, and care teams
Complete timely documentation and billing
Assist with discharge planning and restorative programs
Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy-related care
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
Current PTA license in the state of practice
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
