Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Total Rewards strategies, including compensation, and recognition programs, that align with the company’s growth, culture, and talent needs.
  • Lead the design and execution of global compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and equity plans. Ensure all programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with market trends.
  • Oversee the evaluation of our programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • Lead and develop the compensation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and People leadership on compensation matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry trends.
  • Oversee the annual compensation cycles, including salary planning, incentive awards, and equity grants.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements and adjustments.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on Compensation performance, trends, and recommendations.
