Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle or email marketing, digital marketing, product management, or user insights-related fields in a B2B tech company or marketplace
  • Comfortable using quantitative and qualitative methods to turn data points into insights
  • Data-driven and naturally curious
  • Proactive communicator and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
  • Experience working in start-up environments or building things from scratch
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams
  • Passionate about consumer brands and/or marketplaces
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the positioning of the Supplier experience and drive movement across the funnel
  • Audit current Supplier messaging to identify areas for improvement and familiarize with Supplier pain points
  • Define the current state of the Supplier user journey and personas
  • Set up measurements for the Supplier funnel and monitor conversion across touch-points
  • Seek improvement opportunities for the Supplier experience across teams
  • Represent the voice of the Supplier at Canal by keeping a pulse on the Supplier culture
  • Optimize Supplier lifecycle milestones with the Product team
  • Drive supplier behavior and engagement throughout the user lifecycle
  • Partner with Product to launch new features and products for Suppliers
  • Manage and evolve Supplier messaging and marketing mix
  • Help on the Storefront side of the network by assisting retailers, platforms, and creators
