  • A Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited university.
  • Three years of experience as a licensed Marriage & Family Therapy supervisor.
  • An active and good-standing BBSE Marriage & Family Therapy license.
  • AAMFT Approved Supervisor certification.
  • A valid California driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Successful completion of Live Scan and the standard University background check.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Alliant Couple and Family Clinic, including service delivery, clinical training of students, and management of the digital health care record.
  • Manage and monitor the clinic budget in coordination with the Senior Associate Dean and the Finance Department.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Clinic Director, Systemwide Director, and Clinical Training Coordinators to plan and deliver training experiences.
  • Facilitate outreach and engage externally with community-based organizations, agencies, and schools to generate clinic referrals.
  • Conduct bi-monthly staff meetings addressing clinical administration, supervisees, supervision, and clinical program development.
  • Oversee trainee orientation.
  • Provide administration and clinical intervention supervision for approximately 11 hours per week.
  • Provide individual supervision of at least one hour per week per supervisee for approximately seven supervisees.
  • Provide weekly group supervision for up to eight supervisees for at least four hours per week.
  • Provide on-call supervision as necessary and distribute written procedures describing protocols for contacting the Clinic Director or Supervisor during absences.
  • Provide didactic training and in-service sessions as assigned.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to supervisees and complete formal evaluations at appropriate intervals.
  • Review and edit supervisee clinical documentation and reports.
  • Cover additional clinical supervision needs when necessary.
  • Supervise the Clinic Coordinator and clinic employees, if applicable.
  • Perform other related tasks, duties, and responsibilities as required, assigned, or directed.

Bertelsmann reports $1.1B profit and $21.3B revenue for 2025, maintains $26.9B growth target

German media giant Bertelsmann reported €1 billion profit for 2025, unchanged from the previous year, with revenue stable at €19 billion.
