Its approach, called Navigation x Solution, guides clients from problem discovery to deployment and ongoing system management, with offerings delivered as projects and recurring managed services such as monitoring, backup, and helpdesk. The North American arm, NRI-NA, adds regional focus while tapping the global network and leveraging its heritage as Japan’s first private think tank to link research with implementation.
