Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Internal support certification is required.
At least 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

Perform all tasks safely, wear required personal protective equipment, and follow all safety regulations.
Participate in BBS.
Create and maintain a team-effort attitude and team approach.
Meet productivity standards.
Complete required documentation.
Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues related to the team or machine.
Make machinery adjustments as needed.
Suggest improvements to processes or procedures.
Coordinate with lab personnel, the Team Leader, and the Senior Team Leader regarding issues and improvements.
Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Obtain and maintain Operator Certification.
Train others as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Safety –

BBS Participation
