Responsibilities
  • Actively sell, quote, negotiate and close new contracts with current and prospective customers
  • Own an ARR sales target for new public agency sales
  • Understand prospective customer needs and requirements, organizational structure, key decision makers, and procurement processes and facilitate meetings by phone, video, webinar, and/or in-person
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing customers
  • Manage a high volume of daily email and call activity
  • Keep a CRM system up-to-date with key sales information to ensure cross-functional collaboration and visibility
  • Write compelling proposals and statements of work (SOWs)
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software and data solutions for public agencies, as well as our relationship with private mobility operators
  • Support a culture of learning, teamwork, professional development, and achieving ambitious goals
