• Maintain consistent cleanliness and organization standards in assigned guest rooms and common areas, ensuring all spaces meet or exceed company specifications
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate effectively with front desk, management, and other departments to communicate guest needs, maintenance concerns, and service updates
• Perform thorough room inspections and quality checks to verify that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while handling cleaning materials and equipment
• Adapt to changing priorities and guest needs with flexibility and a positive attitude
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
• Document and report any damages, maintenance issues, or guest concerns to management promptly
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while representing the organization to guests and colleagues

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or guest services roles

• Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
