DV Trading provides liquidity in financial markets by trading with its own capital across derivatives, securities, and energy products. The firm uses a mix of quantitative models and discretionary trading to make and take liquidity on exchanges, relying on advanced technology and extensive market relationships to execute trades efficiently. By operating headquartered in North America with a U.S. division in Chicago and an energy desk in New York, its approach combines algorithmic strategies with human insight to react quickly to market conditions. Compared with peers, DV Trading emphasizes a flat, collaborative culture and merit-based decision making that enables fast adaptation and close coordination across trading desks. RWX raises $12M Series A to scale dev cloud platform for AI-driven software engineering

RWX, a dev cloud platform for AI-driven software engineering, has raised $12 million in Series A funding led by Hyde Park Venture Partners. Existing investor Quiet Capital participated, alongside The O.H.I.O. Fund R1 Capital, DV, and angel investors including Bryan Johnson and Jenkins creator Kohsuke Kawaguchi. The Columbus-based company addresses bottlenecks in validating AI-generated code. As AI agents write code faster than humans, traditional CI pipelines and test suites struggle to keep pace. RWX's platform helps engineering teams validate software more quickly through content-based caching and infrastructure designed specifically for AI-driven development. Customers include Honeycomb, Verkada, nCino, and Coalesce. The company will use the funding to expand its team and accelerate platform development. RWX was founded by CEO Dan Manges and CTO Tommy Graves, who previously cofounded Root.
