Requirements
  • 15+ years in technology consulting, systems integration, or enterprise IT leadership.
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, Senior Director, or equivalent) with organizational scale and P&L ownership.
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Twilio ecosystem, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven track record in data modernization, including Data Vault 2.0, ETL/ELT pipelines, governance, and security.
  • Experience leading large-scale engineering and delivery organizations (100+ staff, multi-geography).
  • Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar delivery portfolios with high utilization and margin targets.
  • Proven success co-owning sales targets with sales leaders and directly influencing enterprise revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex enterprise contracts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience partnering with sales to shape go-to-market strategy and close enterprise deals.
  • Executive-level client engagement experience, with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable delivery models balancing presales, innovation, and execution.
  • Exceptional people leadership, with a track record of developing future leaders and building succession pipelines.
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence, able to unify diverse technical and business teams under a single strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Define and lead high-level architectures across Salesforce, Twilio, and modern cloud ecosystems.
  • Establish best practices for data modernization, integration, governance, and security.
  • Champion innovation in AI, analytics, and data platforms such as Databricks.
  • Partner with architects and engineers to ensure scalability, compliance, and future-proof solutions.
  • Direct engineering delivery functions across multiple pods and practices.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing technical teams.
  • Oversee utilization, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure delivery quality, risk mitigation, and long-term client success.
  • Act as an overlay leader for complex data, Twilio, and Salesforce sales opportunities.
  • Partner with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Own revenue targets for data and technology solutions, collaborating with sales to drive pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Actively participate in pursuit strategy, solution positioning, executive negotiations, and deal closure for enterprise opportunities.
  • Translate client needs into solution roadmaps that align delivery and commercial priorities.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients to drive growth.
  • Align delivery capabilities with market strategy, ensuring scalable offerings that are profitable and differentiated.
