  • 6+ years in a product marketing role
  • Exposure to clean beauty is a plus
  • Experience in understanding and navigating the nuances of the beauty market

Responsibilities
  • Own and support beauty and wellness product marketing and business strategy
  • Drive beauty and wellness product strategy with team and cross-functional alignment
  • Lead consumer insight research and analytics
  • Define market size and scope for potential new product and reformulation concepts
  • Provide product brand positioning/marketing tactics for new and existing products
  • Work cross functionally to ensure that innovation planning and core products meet business objectives
  • Lead execution of existing SKU management with planning team
  • Supervise, lead, and develop beauty and wellness team talent
  • Partner with wholesale sales team to identify strategic and growth opportunities
