Founded in 2017, Serenity is based in Lehi, Utah, and operates clinics across several states.

Eighth Arizona location brings TMS therapy, ketamine infusion therapy and integrated psychiatry to Mesa and surrounding communities Serenity Mental Health Centers, a behavioral health provider specializing in evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD and other mental health conditions, will open its newest outpatient clinic on October 26 at 2046 Riverview Auto Drive, Suite 401, in Mesa, Arizona. Serenity's eighth Arizona location will expand access to comprehensive psychiatric care for patients across Mesa and the surrounding East Valley. In Maricopa County's 2023 Community Health Survey, Mesa respondents named anxiety and depression as the top health issues affecting their households, and 55% reported difficulty getting mental health care when needed. The Mesa clinic will offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, ketamine infusion therapy, and ADHD testing and management, including Serenity's distinctive TMS-plus-ketamine combination protocol. Board-certified psychiatrists Dr. Neil Wilkey, MD, Dr. Bryan DeFelice, DO, and Dr. Jayson Tripp, DO, will lead the clinic alongside a multidisciplinary team of TMS technicians and behavioral health staff. Located in Mesa's Riverview district near the Loop 101 and Loop 202 interchange, the clinic will offer convenient access for residents of Mesa, Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert. Extended hours, including Saturday appointments, will help patients with convenient scheduling. Nearly half of Mesa survey respondents (47%) said evening or weekend appointments would help them get the care they need. "Mesa is Arizona's third-largest city, home to more than half a million people, and access to mental health care should reflect the scale of the community," said Dr. TeeJay Tripp, DO, board-certified psychiatrist and co-founder of Serenity Mental Health Centers. "Our goal is to become an essential part of this community with our patient-first philosophy. We want to make it easier for patients to begin care and explore additional treatment options when traditional approaches have not historically provided enough relief." Serenity brings a record of measurable outcomes to the Mesa community. Across the company's network, patients receiving TMS therapy at Serenity have reported an 84% response rate and a 78% remission rate, with results sustained at three years or longer for the majority of those who complete treatment. The Mesa opening builds on Serenity's continued nationwide expansion, with this location marking the 39th facility.
