- At least 3 years of experience in a SecOps or DevSecOps role.
- Experience working with a modern technical stack including Kubernetes, Terraform, and public cloud providers.
- Advanced knowledge of infrastructure-security concepts, including identity and access management, network security such as virtual private clouds, firewalls, and web application firewalls, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and penetration-testing and audit methodologies.
- Own the security strategy for assigned projects, including security audits, vulnerability identification, secure-by-design architecture, pragmatic remediation, and compliance.
- Contribute hands-on to project delivery, including identity and access management, network security, penetration testing, cloud-security and continuous-integration/continuous-delivery tools, hardening, and secrets management.
- Support the progression of the SecOps team through training, pair programming, and coaching.
- Contribute to internal Theodo Cloud projects by improving security standards, developing training, conducting technical monitoring, and producing thought-leadership content such as articles and talks.
- Knowledge of on-premises and private-cloud hosting environments.
