- Minimum of three years of experience in a SecOps or DevSecOps role.
- Experience working with a modern stack including Kubernetes, Terraform, and public cloud providers.
- Knowledge of on-premises and private cloud hosting characteristics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure security concepts including advanced identity and access management, network security (Virtual Private Cloud, firewalls, Web Application Firewall), CI/CD security, and pentesting and auditing methodologies.
- Willingness to work in a team and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Define and execute the security strategy for the projects you intervene on, including security audits, vulnerability identification, design of secure-by-design architectures, pragmatic remediations, and ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to project delivery by staying hands-on in the technology landscape (identity and access management, network security, pentesting, cloud security tools and continuous integration/continuous delivery security, hardening, secrets management).
- Foster the development of your SecOps team through training, pair programming, and coaching.
- Engage in Theodo Cloud internal projects to improve security standards, build training, conduct technical watch, and contribute to thought leadership (articles, talks).
- Possibility to evolve into an Engineering Manager role (Management and/or Expertise)
