About the Job

Requirements

A BAC+2 qualification, such as a BTS or DUT.
Proficiency with information technology tools, including enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle, warehouse management systems, and Excel.
Ability to use problem-solving methods.
Knowledge of workshop equipment and capacity.
Knowledge of the products.
Knowledge of SAP transactions.
Ability to communicate and negotiate with flow coordinators and workshops.

Responsibilities

Manage finished-goods requirements planning.
Manage finished-goods inventory levels in coordination with the manager.
Record the factory's manufacturing orders.
Establish the weekly production schedule for workshops in coordination with workshop managers.
Analyze planning parameters and propose modifications to the Central Logistics team when needed.
Monitor potential and forecast stockouts over a 10-day horizon, take action where possible, and inform the central planner.
Analyze the causes of stockouts in coordination with the manager.
Participate in the weekly production and logistics meeting.
Launch production and procurement requests while considering order priority, manufacturing lead times, and delivery lead times.

Détails de la Mission

Le titulaire devra :

Gèrer la planification des besoins en produits finis
Gèrer les niveaux de stocks produits finis en relation avec son N+1
Enregistrer les ordres de fabrication de l'usine.
Etablir le planning hebdomadaire de production des ateliers en liaison avec les responsables
d’atelier.
Analyser les paramètres de planification pour proposer des modifications, si besoin, à la cellule
Logistique Centrale
Suive l’état des ruptures potentielles et prévisionnelles à 10 jours pour agir, si possible, et
informer le planificateur central.
Analyse les causes des ruptures en relation avec son N+1.
Participe à la réunion hebdomadaire prod/ logistique

Lancer la production et les demandes d’approvisionnement en tenant compte de l’importance des
commandes, des délais de fabrication et de livraison.

Profil Recherché

BAC+2 (BTS, DUT)
Maîtrise des outils informatiques : ERP (SAP, Oracle…), WMS, Excel.
Sait utiliser les méthodes de résolution de problème
Connaissance des équipements et capacité par atelier.
Connaissance des produits
Connaît les différentes transactions SAP.
Capacité de dialogue et de négociation avec les polites de flux et Ateliers
