Responsibilities:

• Permit expediting including preparing and processing permit applications.
• Permit renewals and extensions.
• Tracking and management.
• Prepares and sends permit updates.
• Provides No Parking Signs to active job sites.
• Processes payments and applications at different jurisdictions.
• Reviews online permit tracking systems, prepares draft applications based on building plans. 

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
• Resourceful, Adaptable, and Organized
• Permitting experience or knowledge
• Administrative/Clerical Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
