Requirements
- 1–4 years of product, product operations, Associate Product Manager, or adjacent experience.
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
- Experience using modern artificial intelligence tools such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.
- Ability to own small features end-to-end, from specification through launch.
- Experience shipping artificial-intelligence-native product features that expose generative artificial intelligence to end users.
- Ability to work with high autonomy and critical thinking in an ambiguous startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Find and manually report product bugs and user-experience issues.
- Triage incoming quality reports.
- Own smaller features end-to-end as product owner, from specification through launch.
- Handle startup operations work as needed.
- Improve product quality and team execution.
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience at a competitor in direct-to-consumer longevity, weight loss or GLP-1, hormone health, women’s health, or telehealth.
- Background in quality assurance, product operations, or customer-facing support engineering.
- Basic data analysis skills, including SQL or spreadsheets.
- Experience building and shipping with vibe-coding tools such as Lovable, Replit, Claude Code, or Cursor.
