- 5+ years of Programmatic experience working with Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, exchanges, or other related technology
- Proven experience as a PMP Deal Manager or in a similar role within the programmatic advertising industry.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing Private Marketplace (PMP) deals with publishers and supply partners.
- Deep expertise and understanding in OpenRTB
- Experience and understanding of programmatic digital advertising: display, CTV, audio and video advertising buying strongly preferred
- Experience with ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and supply chain transparency protocols
- Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering Marketing, and Operations Teams
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- PMP or programmatic advertising certifications are a plus.
- Identify and negotiate Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals with premium publishers to secure high-quality inventory for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand clients' advertising objectives and develop effective PMP programmatic advertising proposals.
- Manage end-to-end PMP deal lifecycles, from deal setup and negotiation to monitoring delivery, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Develop, enhance and grow Private Marketplace (PMP) deal library in DSP
- Develop and maintain PMP Rate cards and pricing strategies
- Work closely with the Ad Operations team to ensure successful execution and delivery of PMP campaigns.
- Continuously monitor and optimize PMP deals to maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Analyze data and insights to provide clients with performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, programmatic technologies, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and other industry partners to stay informed about new inventory and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Product team to provide feedback and insights for the enhancement of the company's programmatic advertising tools and solutions.
